When you’re ready, I am here. Getting therapeutic support is simple and private with flexible options to suit your needs. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need a safe space to talk, this is your place to begin

I specialise in supporting women affected by anxiety, grief and trauma. I also work with clients experiencing low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship challenges and parenting stress. My practice is inclusive, trauma-informed and deeply rooted in compassion, respect and empowerment.

I primarily work with women through online counselling sessions, offering a safe, supportive space within Australia. My services are suitable for adult women of all ages and I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by mothers, caregivers and women navigating complex personal, relational and emotional issues.

With over a decade of experience working in both community and government settings, I bring a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to every session which is accessible from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. I draw from a range of therapeutic frameworks including:

  • Person-Centred Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Gestalt Therapy
  • Schema Therapy
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Gottman Theory
  • Systems Theory
  • Trauma-Informed Care

Together, we’ll explore what approach feels right for you and your goals.

I offer a free 15-minute call to help work out whether we align for the purpose of therapy and answer any questions you may have. From there is an initial session, this is a gentle introduction to therapy. We will discuss what brings you here, your hopes for counselling and explore your story at a pace that feels safe for you. There’s no pressure just space to be heard and supported. If you'd like, we begin with a warm drink as part of my "Fill Your Cup" ritual to help you feel grounded and present.

Sessions typically last 60 minutes. Some clients attend weekly, while others attend fortnightly or monthly  it really depends on your needs and goals. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that suits you and this is flexible and open to change if required.

Yes. Currently I am only offering web-based counselling sessions. These are via a secure and confidential online video call. Whether you're in a remote area, a busy parent, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space, online counselling is a flexible, affordable and effective option. You will need access to a webcam with microphone and an internet connection.

Absolutely. What you share in counselling is treated with the strictest confidentiality in line with professional and ethical guidelines. There are some legal limits to confidentiality (such as safety concerns), which I will clearly explain in our first session. Additionally please refer to the Privacy Policy below.

You can book directly through the website or contact me at info@fillyourcuptherapy.com.au to make a booking or ask any questions. I’ll respond promptly and help guide you through the next steps. Whether you’re ready to begin or just exploring your options, you’re welcome to reach out.

“Fill Your Cup” is both a philosophy and a gentle reminder. It’s about taking time to care for yourself, to rest, reflect, and receive support. Every session invites you to pause, reconnect and fill your emotional cup so you can move forward feeling more grounded and whole.

Unfortunately, my services are not eligible for Medicare or private health insurance rebates at this stage. However, this may change in the future and I will update clients as soon as any rebate options become available. For this reason, I offer sessions at a competitive rate of $150 for the initial session and $100 for a standard counselling session thereafter.

How does this compare?

To give you a sense of value:

The recommended fee for psychologists, according to the Australian Psychological Society is $300 per session (as of 2025). Even with a Medicare rebate (usually $89.65–$137.05, depending on the service and provider), clients often still pay an out-of-pocket gap of $100–$160 per session.

In comparison, my rate of $100 per session ensures more predictable and affordable access to professional, trauma-informed counselling support without hidden costs or the need for a referral.

No referral needed. You do not need a GP referral, Mental Health Treatment Plan, or diagnosis to access my services. This allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and ease of access, particularly for women seeking timely and compassionate support online.

Yes there is.
